SHIPPING GUIDELINES
CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Our energetic therapy services include Distance Reiki and Distance Crystal Therapy and often times, angelic and ancestral connection and communication. With the use of Holistic tools to provide each client a positive, beneficial and deeper insight into their energetic field, emotional health and physical well-being. Although our techniques have been proven to give our clients outstanding results, as a disclosure, they are not to take place of any traditional medical treatment. Our methods are to accompany any medical care our clients may be currently undergoing. The information provided within your energetic therapy service/session is based on subjected interpretation and should be used at your own discretion. Our experienced practitioner is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of the information provided within the client's energetic therapy services/sessions.
TIME FRAME TO FULFILL ONLINE SERVICES
Due to the wide variety of Holistic services offered, the time, patience, care and consideration provided to each client, and the number of clients the practitioner attends to, we ask that each client gives us a time frame of 48-72 hours to receive your detailed report via email, from the time of you secure your session/slot by payment. This time frame does may not include weekends and Holidays. It is recommended that you save your receipt for your records. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we best meet the needs of THE HOLISTIC FISH community!
PROCESSING TIME & SHIPING
All products created by THE HOLISTIC FISH are meticulously hand-crafted with the utmost care. Therefore, each week, all orders palaced from SThursday at 12PM through Thursday 12PM will be shipped the following Saturday and sent standard 3-5 mailing time to allow an adequate amount of time for assembling and to make sure all supplies are available for each order. Mailing times may be extended if any part of your order is out of stock within the process of creating your order. In this case you will be notified via email and given the option to either be asked to choose a different product, to be refunded or to kindly wait until your order is in stock and freshly processed. We appreciate your patience in providing our clients satisfactory products!
SELF-CARE & FAMILY FIRST POLICY
At THE HOLISTIC FISH we have a high belief in self-care and putting family first, therefore, orders may be processed and created on the weekends and Holidays but may NOT be shipped until the follow business day to allow for important quality family time and rejuvenation for the staff. Shipping for these orders will resume the following business day and will be fulfilled on a "first come first serve basis." We appreciate the time you give us that allows us to recoup and continue to better serve you!
ENERGETIC THERAPY SERVICES
To cancel your appointment for any energetic services, such as, Reiki or Crystal Therapy, please contact us within 24 hours after you have booked and secured your session. Failure in contacting us within the proper time frame may be too late and your service may have already taken place. Due to the prep work over-exceeding the cost of our energetic therapy services rendered, THE HOLISTIC FISH and staff do not provide refunds for any cancellations made after the 24-hour time frame from the time you, the client booking and securing your initial session/service.
Please be advice that our top priority is to offer a professional and adequate amount of information to each client. Also note that the services that each client receives are valued at much more than the cost of the actual service provided. Here at THE HOLISTIC FISH, we keep our rates affordable to reach and assist as many people as possible, providing substantial and unique services not provided elsewhere. Due to the nature of our energetic therapy services, we do not offer rescheduling at this time. Thank you!
CUSTOM & INTUITIVE JEWELRY SERVICES
To cancel this service, please contact us within 24 hours of booking and securing your service. Due to the prep work, time and care that go into every custom and intuitive jewelry piece, cancellations will not be accepted after the 24-hour mark, resulting in your custom piece continuing in the processed, created and shipped. Due to the nature of our custom and intuitive orders, rescheduling is not accepted at this time. Thank you!
REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature, prep work, time and care that go into our energetic therapy services, no replacements, return or refunds are accepted at this time.
CUSTOM & INTUITIVE JEWELRY SERVICVES
Due to the special nature of our custom and intuitive hand-crafted products and services, to consider hygienic matters, THE HOLISTIC FISH does not offer returns or refunds. However, we will be more than happy to replace any undamaged custom and intuitive jewelry made by us due to craftsmanship error.
These items may ONLY be replaced in the same size previously placed by the customer. No price adjustments are acceptable. In this case, your item is eligible for replacement if returned within 7 days of the delivery date received. THE HOLISTIC FISH will make appropriate corrections and/or replace your order. Your item must be received in the appropriate time frame and the correct packaging in order to be eligible for its replacement. Please ship replacement item to . . .

Here at THE HOLISTIC FISH the care of our clients is our top priority. It is considered unhygienic to resell any materials or item after it has been received by the client. Therefore, we do not provide, returns or refunds to protect the health and safety of each individual. We will be more than happy to replace any undamaged ready-made (jewelry product ONLY) made by us due to craftsmanship error.
